About Me

I'm a former college professor, dean and academic vice president.  I bring my passion for organizational design, faculty expertise and student success to the institutions I serve.

I formed The Sigman Group to assist colleges and universities in planning, developing and evaluating academic initiatives without the expense of hiring a full-time employee.  My aim is to offer services that meet the immediate project needs and build capacity among the institutions' stakeholders for future ones.
